Amaxa® Nucleofector® Kits and Devices

Amaxa® CLB-Transfection™

Amaxa® Vectors

The pmaxFP Vectors express novel green (maxFP-Green), yellow (maxFP-Yellow and maxFP-Yellow-m) and red (maxFP-Red) fluorescent proteins. These pmaxFP® Vectors can be used to:

  • monitor gene expression and protein localization in living mammalian cells
  • generate green, yellow or red fluorescent C- and N-terminal fusion proteins
  • study gene-regulation by using promoter-less (PRL) versions
