Tech Tip of the Month

Upon receipt of your Cor.At® cardiomyocyte shipment, cells must be removed from the dry ice box.  The CO2 passes through the plastic of the cryovial and acidifies the media, which then damages the cells if they are stored for more than 48 hours on dry ice.  Extended storage on dry ice will result in loss of ability to attach, and eventually in cell death.
