License Conditions for the Use of Products
Lonza Cologne distributes proprietary processes, devices, programs, protocols, solutions, reagents, consumables and kits (collectively referred to as "Technologies") and is holder of patents and/or patent applications in Germany, the United States and other countries, and technical and scientific experience and know-how with respect to these Technologies. Lonza Cologne shall grant purchaser a limited license to use the Technologies only in connection with products purchased by purchaser from Lonza Cologne according to the license conditions published on this website.
