Solutions Support

 

The Support Solutions platform is an expansion of our current Rapid Testing Solutions service offerings. Our new, sole source solutions approach, rather than a break-fix scenario, will help customers manage and reduce laboratory risk, while lowering their operating costs.

Customers will be able to pick and choose solutions, a la carte style, that best meet their needs, from instrument validations to Operator Certification, for example.

Offerings include:

  • Expansion of the number of service programs available for our existing equipment
  • In-house SND and Universal Test Plate re-certification program
  • Operator Certification Program, to assist with customers' regulatory requirements
  • Euipment and software validations and LIMS support at customer sites
  • Instrument training
  • Lab Testing Solutions, such as GMO Services
