*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Offer expires December 31, 2010.
2. The drawings will take place on the first work day of the month. The sole prize winner of the monthly product voucher will be chosen randomly from those who subscribed since the last drawing. The drawing will be executed by Lonza Cologne AG (“Lonza”).
3. The winner will be notified by e-mail. All decisions are final. Any recourse to courts of law are excluded.
4. The prize is non-transferable. Limited to one prize per person. Price will be granted as a voucher worth $500 or the equivalent in the local currency of the winner at the time of each drawing.
5. Vouchers can only be applied to one order. Partial redemption of a voucher or spreading of one voucher across several orders is not accepted. Vouchers can only be applied to orders of consumables.
6. Prize winner(s) is (are) responsible for any and all taxes that might be incurred on prizes received.
7. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or institutional policy. If a winner declines the prize, another name will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries received.
8. Lonza is not responsible for incorrect, lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or incompletely received subscriptions, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Lonza’s server or elsewhere or subscriptions not received by Lonza in time for the random drawings.
9. By entering, winner(s) agrees (a) to abide by these conditions and the decisions of Lonza and its representatives, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and indemnify Lonza (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with participation, awarding, acceptance or use of the prize(s).
10. Lonza reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this contest at any time without notice.
